Our Barista Beginner course is your gateway to mastering milk-based coffee drinks with confidence and ease. The focus of this course is on milk frothing, texture, and the foundations of latte art, helping you understand how milk enhances coffee and how to create smooth, silky microfoam. In a relaxed, hands-on atmosphere, you will prepare popular classics such as latte, cappuccino, and flat white, while learning to pour the essential latte art shapes — canvas, dot, heart, and tulip. Step by step, you will improve drink texture, pouring control, and consistency. This course is ideal for guests who are already comfortable preparing espresso and have some experience with an espresso machine, ideally having completed the Barista Basic course or practiced similar skills at home. Basic familiarity with the milk jug and steam wand is helpful, with all techniques further guided and refined during the course.
